Winter Games of Idaho

Recreational Alpine Giant Slalom for 3-18 years olds. This will be a one-run race.

• Classes:
• Boys and girls, in two-year increments beginning at age 3 up to age 18. Eighteen year-olds must still be in high school to compete in this race.
• Lift Pass:
• Must present racing bib at ticket window to receive discount.
  Age 6 & Under:  Free
  Age 7-11:  $17 per person
  Age 12-18:  $26 per person
• Bib Pick-Up:
• Brundage Mountain Lodge, 8:30 - 10:00 AM on race day
• Registration:
• $15 per person if entry form is received by January 30, 2008. $20 per person for event day registration.
  Same day registration closes at 9:00 AM sharp.

Novice/Recreational Race:   This race is for the novice and recreational, physically challenged competitor of any age. Participants may enter the Giant Slalom and/or the Slalom competition. These races will be held on the Griz course.

Elite Race:   This race is for the Expert/Elite physically challenged competitor of any age. Participants may enter the Giant Slalom and/or the Slalom competition. These races will be held on the Alpine course.

Mitey Mite events are for children ages 12 and under who compete on a regular basis in United States Ski Association (USSA) sponsored races in age classifications designated as J4, J5, J6 and J7. Children who compete in the Mitey Mite competitions are not eligible to participate in the Children and Juniors Recreational Giant Slalom.

• Men and women, ages 18-21, 22-24, then in five-year increments (25-29, 30-34, 35-39, etc.) Eighteen year-olds must be high school graduates to compete in this event. This will be a one-run race.
